FAQ

1. Can I try the dresses before I buy?
Sorry, we do not provide that service currently. However, we do understand that customers love dresses that fit perfectly. We are incorporating this into consideration and see how best we can accommodate to this request. Please refer to the next FAQ, for more details on exchange policy.

2. What if I can't fit in the dress which I bought?
We allow exchange within 3 days from the date of purchase if the size you have ordered does not fit. However dressess with one size (free size) are not allowed for exchange. Should you wish to exchange this for other designs, you are only allowed to purchase any clothes from our shop with a higher value than your clothes that you wish to exchange for. Please be informed that customers have to bear the shipping costs in sending and returning of the clothes. We regret that no cash refund is allowed.Please ask the measurement from us prior to ordering to ensure the best fit possible.

3. Can I refund or exchange the items i ordered?
Goods sold are non-refundable.We allow exchange within 3 days from the date of purchase. Customers can only exchange for items if:-The design, size or colour of item we delivered is not what you have ordered.- If the size you have ordered does not fit.Products returned must still be in original packaging and not worn or washed before. Items can only be exchanged to a different size (subject to availability) or with a higher price item with top up. Buyers will have to bear the extra delivery charges incurred during the exchange.

4. How can I contact you?
You can contact us at our gmail, gerbera.park@gmail.com OR via our gtalk account at the same address. We will try our best to be online most of the time, when you don’t see us online, just drop us an email. We will response as soon as possible.

5. How big is your free size?
Free size is average size which is suitable for those in M size. Due to different shape and sizes, the effect might differ from each individual. We handpicked all our stocks based on our best estimate.

6. Do the dresses look exactly as in the picture?
The colours of products shown on site may have disparity from the actual as computer display settings and the lighting conditions while the photos were taken may vary. Due to the fabric's elasticity, measurements made might have comfortable variables of +/- 2cm. We cannot guarantee that the measurements provided will fit you to the exact. We made efforts to display the colours & provide the measurement size as accurately as possible.
We do not provide product photos with pretty models. To give you the closest impression of our dresses, we take actual photo of our dresses wore on mannequin and display on our site.

7. How long does it take to get my order?
We will send out after the confirmation of the money transfer. For overseas order, the waiting time can be up to 4 weeks as orders usually take 3 weeks to ship. For local order (in Malaysia), the waiting time should be no longer than 1 week. Please give us some time to deliver your orders to your doorstep.

8. How is the payment like?
For available stock, full payment amount is required upon placing your order. For unavailable stock, deposit of half of the full amount is needed upon placing your order. Once the stock is available, please pay the remaining balance and we will ship the clothes to you.

9. How to order from you?
Do drop us any queries and we will answer your curiosity as soon as possible. And for ordering, just email your name, the order code, your address and your contact number. Upon receiving your order, we will check to ensure that the styles you ordered are in stock. We will then send you a confirmation email along with payment instructions. Upon receiving your payment, we will process your order, and then delivered to you.

10. When must I make payment?
Please make payment via maybank2u (for local orders in Malaysia) within 5 days of receiving your confirmation email. Otherwise we have to cancel your order.

11. How is shipping cost calculated?
We charged RM5 for the first dress purchased. Shipping will be cheaper when you purchased more than one dress per order. Please talk to us, we will try our best to provide the best deal possible. The shipping cost will be provided in the confirmation email we sent out.
